Appropriation: Altered Histories and Erasure Project Due

Technical Objectives: To gain an understanding of digital composite process using multiple images. Apply hi-resolution print process. Students must use at least five images for this project. One image must be an original student photograph.

Conceptual: To introduce the element of “Appropriation and Erasure” to the production of digital imagery

Overview: Your challenge is to create a series of images from a collection of appropriated and original photographs exploring the concept of Altered Histories and Erasure creating new perspectives of history and aesthetics.
